Eyewear co. exec lists Las Vegas condo for $1.25M

Marvin L. Freeman and Jessica Wolff-Freeman have listed for sale a three-bedroom condo at 9101 Alta Drive in Las Vegas for $1.25 million.
The Unit 902 is part of the One Queensridge Place development, which was built in 2006. Freeman and Wolff-Freeman paid $2.44 million for the property in Nov. 2007. Taylor Prince of Simply Vegas is the listing agent for the home.
Marvin Freeman is the chief executive officer of Lunettes Group Ltd., a luxury eyewear retail group headquartered in Macau. He has been in the eyewear business for more than 30 years. Earlier, he founded Davante, a Las Vegas-based luxury optical boutique. Davante has retail shops in the Las Vegas area and stores in Atlanta, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Palm Springs and St. Thomas. In 2006, the company was sold to Luxury Optical Holdings.
Jessica Wolff-Freeman served as vice president for human resources at Lunettes Group Ltd.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 18 condo sales in Las Vegas during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.02 million.
