Robert L. Bolick, Wendy R. Bolick and Bolick Asset Protection Trust sold a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 2011 Shenley Court in Las Vegas to Christopher R. Coyer and Yun M. Coyer for $900,000 on Jan. 31.
The Bolicks acquired the property in Jan. 2007. The 7,662-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Southwest Las Vegas.
Robert Bolick is a shareholder at the law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar. He focuses on cases involving trust, wills and estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, domestic family law and asset protection. He previously served as the president of Bolick & Boyer.
He received his bachelor's degree and J.D. from Brigham Young University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 24,298 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $97,500.
