Capital management exec sells Las Vegas condo

Eran E. Penini sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 9103 Alta Drive in Las Vegas to Lynn Marie Moravec for $870,000 on Jan. 31.
Eran Penini and Guy Penini paid $2.07 million for the property in September 2007. The 3,355-square-foot Unit 405 is part of the One Queensridge Place condo development, which was built in 2006. It is located in Southwest Las Vegas.
Eran Penini has been a principal at Inle Capital Management, an employee owned hedge fund sponsor.
Eran holds an M.B.A. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, an M.S.E. in applied mathematics and a B.S. in computer science, mathematics and economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
The Peninis were featured in EHB CFO pays over $2M in Queensridge Place on Sept. 8, 2007.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,627 condo sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $52,000.
