The 2,125-square-foot, two-story home last sold for $400,000 in July 2005. It is located in the Irons at Rhodes Ranch subdivision.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 8,813 home sales in Las Vegas (Unincorporated) during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $185,000.
