Valentina Smirnova sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 7041 Doug Deaner Ave., Unit 204, in Las Vegas, to Mir Zafar Ali and Tamanna Shah for $87,500 on Oct. 17.

The 1,108-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $185,000 in November 2006. It is located in the Sunhampton condo development.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 12,920 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $156,500.
