The 1,671-square-foot, two-story home last sold for $152,000 in March 2000. It is located in the Summerlin North neighborhood of Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 12,897 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $156,500.
