The 1,797-square-foot, one-story home last sold for $280,000 in June 2007. It is located in the Northeast Las Vegas neighborhood of North Las Vegas.

According to BlockShopper, there have been 4,928 home sales in North Las Vegas during the past 12 months with a median sale price of $150,237.
